FRANCE: Mobisud, another MVNO coming to France

The North African section of French society is to be targetted by a new MVNO, Mobisud. The MNO for the operation is SFR (16% share) and the majority shareholder in the company is Maroc Télécom. Funnily, Maroc Télécom is 51% owned by Vivendi who in turn owns a 56% stake in SFR. In fairness the operation may as well be called Vivendi's operation.
